TRAINING - STRIDERS
 
The club offers a specialised training program which can be altered to individual needs, worked out by our Club Captain, Vaughan Emslie. 
 
 
Training Sessions  - Advanced Group
 
Scheduled training sessions are held from the club premises at Beach Road, Nahoon each weekday evening, Monday-Thursday at 17h30. 
Friday 17h00 - Touch the Wall – Our 8km gentle run to Nahoon Beach and back.
This include a 5km/8km Time Trial on a Tuesday evening and a Speedwork/Hillwork  quality session on a Thursday evening. 
Sunday – A long training run is held each Sunday morning starting at 05h30.
Venues and distances for these runs are communicated via our weekly emailed newsletter.

Training Sessions -HAPPY FEET - Beginners, Walkers and Runners 
 
There is a session at 17h15 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays comprising mostly beginners who feel pressured by running with the main group. This group is looked after by Sue Schwarz and Robyn Emslie.
